Tracy had an overwhelming passion for real estate, so she left the glamorous world of healthcare to pursue her dream in 2019. After having long term rentals and flipping primaries she knew her love was in homes and not the operating room, although what she learned there helps her everyday as an agent and renovator: dealing with high pressure situations, an eye for detail and knowing the moves she makes are always important to the outcome of the client. Tracy has been in Boise Realtor's circle of excellence for the past three years and serves on the realtor outreach committee- which strives to create access for affordable housing to those in need. 

After travel nursing for 5 years and living in every part of this country, Tracy knows A LOT about relocation. It can be daunting to buy property in a new state without knowing anything about it, but she is here to assuage those fears. 

Tracy lives in South Boise with her husband and two dogs. She loves every type of "lazy" sport- such as golfing, bowling or trivia nights! Her bowling ball is named "Martha". She also loves digging into Boise's growing food scene trying to find the best authentic regional foods.
