An Introductory Phone Call

We don't charge for consultation, mentorship or memberships. During the initial call, we will talk about your financial life goals, personal goals, and lifestyle, with the ultimate purpose to understand your needs. We'll determine where you want to be and work backyards from there, asking the question: what returns do you need now to get there? It will look different for everyone. Do you want to quit your job in 8 years? Or are you looking for passive income to create a nest egg? These two paths will look different, and we're dedicated to crafting that with you. 


Coaching and Mentorship

We do not believe in high pressure sales. We're willing to put in the time to make this a partnership, and educate you on what real estate investing can and should look like for you!

Match with the Correct Agent

Our team has been built with purpose- each person on our team has a unique specialty and experience in different investing strategies, and we will match you with the best agent for your goals and personality. Are you house hacker, or do you want hands-off passive investment? Are you looking for a short term rental? Do you have veteran loans? ADUs? No matter your situation, we have an expert for your specific situation. We will tailor this experience to fit you.


Virtual Tours

We'll tour a few properties with you, in person or virtually, pointing out potential expenditures and upgrades, and provide you with a broad expenses estimate so you will have an idea of what it will take to prepare the property for prime time. Our average clients pay $600/year or $50/month on maintenance. These numbers are incredibly low because we do the work up front to ensure we provide a passive investment to our clients and a quality home to our tenants. 

Get Plugged in With a Team of Vetted Contractors and Partners

Simply put, we don't work with the plumber in the most recent Craigslist ad. We have a long history with all our vendors- we have partnered with some of them for well over a decade. Our partnerships are solid and we have worked hard to build trust and mutually beneficial relationships with our vendors, in order to better serve our clients and tenants. 


Experience Peace of Mind

We have a built in property management company, so we can prep and do basic marketing before the property is ready to rent. This includes ensuring the turnover of utilities, and preparing for new renters. Everything is done before the house closes, because it's an in-house service we provide. This is also why we have a very low in-house vacancy rate of less than 2%.
